What is Lip Neutralizing?

Lip Neutralizing is a cosmetic tattoo procedure that is semi permanent and can last up to 5 years. This is a procedure that helps reduce the appearance of cool tones and hyperpigmentation on the lip area.

Are additional sessions included in the initial session and

No additionals are included. This is per session appointment, as all clients heal differently. Some may need 1 and some need more depending on procedure.

Highly recommend touch ups, as the pigment fades up to 40-50% after the first initial session. The touch up will help revive any lost pigment.

All procedures need 12 weeks min before doing the next session.

How long do cosmetic tattoo procedures last for?

It all depends on the area of the tattoo, your health and much more. However, average amount of time can range from 2-5 years.

Can I book with a bundle package if I have old Microblading, Ombre or PMU work done?

You are able to book, but subject to an additional correction fee.

How many sessions of Neutralizing are needed?

Everyone’s body is different and can range from 1-5 sessions.

Am I allowed to bring anyone to my apt?

Absolutely, not! No one else is allowed to your appointment. If you fail to follow this policy, you will automatically lose your deposit and forfeit your spot.

Can I drink alcohol or coffee before my apt?

No, you are not! Avoid ANYTHING that can thin the blood for a minimum of 24 hours prior to the apt. If you fail to follow the rules you will forfeit your deposit and scheduled appointment.

Are additional sessions included in the initial session and are additional sessions required?

Additional sessions are separate from the initial - they are NOT included. Please book accordingly. As all additional sessions are encouraged but not required depending on how each individual heals.

Should I exfoliate my lips before the Lip procedure?

It is encouraged to do so, as you do not want to have dry flaked like lips prior to the apt. If your lips are already dry, to implant the pigment will be difficult.

Is the deposit/service refundable or transferable? Are Taxes additional?

The deposit is non refundable or transferable - this is to reserve your spot.

Will my pictures be on instagram or use for any purpose?

Yes, all photos will be used for educational or personal. You agree to these terms as being a client with ART STUDIO.

Absolutely, no refunds will be issued. All prices are exclusive of HST*

Will my photos be used for Social Media?

Yes, all photos will be used for social media. Example: If we are working on the lips, the lips will be posted. This is for ART STUDIOS portfolio and to share to other artists.

We do not take clients who do not want their photos posted. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions please email before booking as you agree to the FAQS when booking.

Are we able to go on in the sun after the procedure?

NO! please avoid for 2 weeks.

Will I get a cold sore after Blush/Lip Tattoo?

Just like fillers - lip blush is a needle puncturing the skin and causing trauma. Cold sores are normal and if you are prone. please reach out to your doctor 5 days prior to procedure to take the medication needed.

What happens if I cancel my appointment within 24 hours of the procedure? and If you are a no show, what happens?

All appointments that cancel within 24 hours owe, the remaining balance of the procedure. This can be sent to info@artstudio.academy via EFT of remaining balance of owing.

Unfortunately, if no indication of showing up to the appointment. We will have to reconsider moving forward with any future appointments.
